| A little side note on tire pressure that I'm sure nobody really cares about ..... if you get all freaky about exact tire pressure, then it's important to measure the pressure with zero weight on the tire .... suppose your vehicle weighs in at about 5500 lbs. ..... and has a bias of 65% front and 35% rear weight, and you put exactly 44lbs. of air in all 4 tires while the vehicle is sitting on those tires ..... jack the vehicle up and re-measure the pressure .... all four tires will read a little lower pressure ..... and the front tires might be unacceptably low ..... knowing this little bit of useless information was important in my stockcar racing days.
