Cool Tpms?

Will be putting on new tires and wheels on my 07 titan soon. They are not going to have the TPMS on them. Is that a problem to run without them like this? I have them on my stock ones now. Any thoughts. thanks

You'll get the tire tread looking warning light on all the time but other then that the answer is no, no problems.

is there a fuse that can be pulled to cut the warning light off?

Can't you transfer the wheel sensor units to your new wheels from the stock wheels?

I removed my sensors first chance I got many many miles ago and like Mr. Squid said, other than the pretty little yellow dash light, it doesn't beep, flash or anything .... I really hate Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems and feel that it is just another small step towards the "pussifacation" of the American male.

If the light bothers you, take a piece of black electrical tape and cover the icon.

Had my left front tpms go bad along with the valve stem being cracked. If I decide to replace it without going to a Nissan dealer (ripoff)...does it have to be recalibrated or does it do it by itself or...can we just disconnect the battery for a minute and hope that it resets itself? I hate that damn light and yes tpms does inflict pussification to the male species! lol

I have to vote for putting the tpms back in the wheels / tires simply cause having a dash warning light on 24/7 would annoy me to no end. If given the choice, I'd prefer not to have tpms in my cars at all but, the Titan comes with em and you can't shut it down so...
