I was looking to add oil capacity to my rear diff and help protect my investment as soon as I get the trutrac.
I ran across this cover.
It has some outstanding features

Its about 70 bucks more than the Stillen diff cover but I think the capacity is far more and the features kinda pay for itself. Its pricey but if you get what you pay for then you got a nice dif cover.

Shifty...those are actually really good covers. I saw a couple at one of our So. Cal meets and I notice quite a few larger trucks, Dodge, Fords and Chevy with them on. I was looking into getting one to replace my 04 cover but the dealership put a finned cover before I bought the Mag-Hytec. I was also looking into these too.

How many miles did you have when they put the newer cover? When I asked recently, guy at dealership said if I had under 45k he could 'hook it up'........sucks, I have the rotting, rusting steel one!

I can't remember but I only have 34,000 on my truck now. It was leaking, or should I say seeping around the lower left so Mossy put the newer one on.

Morally Bent and Hell Bound

Ok. I just bought the trutrac. Now, I need to find out how much fluid the stock 05+ rear diff holds so I can buy the biggest capacity aftermarket diff cover.
Anybody know the answer to that?

Shifty, why not just rig it up for a differential cooler?
