GASP! Wow, it must have been some time since you priced RVs. Currently there are truck bed campers running into the low $30K range, and those have even less internal space.

From the website, the production quality seems quite good.

Still, I agree that it is expensive.

With the price of petrol I've been too afraid to price TT's. Speaking of petrol do you think this sort of setup might in fact help with the MPG due to the lack of open space in front of the Trailer thus reducing drag?

It has. LOL. I wouldn't mind having one too go too the lake or something for a couple of days or so, but not too travel. Just not my thing.

Squid, I'm sure it will have less wind resistance than conventional TTs or 5th wheel trailers. There have been some concept Semis that have incorporated similar tech. In current use, look to the long wings behind many trucks that block out the open space from the sides and the roof extensions that also contribute to streamlining that open area between the cab and trailer.

I have no doubt that Greg could find a combination of leaf springs and a set of SAWs, perhaps a block, to align it with the back of a lifted truck and make it work!

Get it painted to color match the Titan and you'd have a unique combo. For sure you wouldn't find 15 or 20 of them in the same campground.
