Great post Red and it would really help standardizing this. Towing capacities have always been misread and mis-tested. I've always wondered what is the difference in a truck that can pull 10,500 lbs (Chevy) to a truck that can pull 10,400 lbs (Tundra)? I tend to believe that if the current numbers are true (10,000 lbs) then we have probably reached the safe zone for any 1/2 tons. I've always taken the 80% rule for towing and not really wanting to go all the way up the the actual ratings posted by the brands. Quote:

Red | I know it's not a Titan but has any of you seen the Honda Ridgeline commercial where these Ridgelines are working the farm and rounding up a bunch of PU trucks? There all Frontiers... I bet the Frontier would kick those little Ridgeline @zz's
