Don't know, but I like it.

Far as I can tell, it is a stock Nissan Titan bumper. For sure someone has kitted it with a winch, but that could be a separate attachment to the frame, independent of the bumper. Just not enough shown in that photo to answer more accurately.

I guess I read your post wrong. You talking about the Titan bumper or the winch mount bumper? The Titan bumper is stock. The winch mount bumper we use to call them "push bars" as to the brand, can't help you there. If you bought this from a Dealer, they should be able to provide you with the previous owners name and you could call him and ask.

I think Mile Marker makes the push bar. Or Warn makes one too. It mounts independently of the bumper like Red said.
