Red | The Scare-maro now has 116k miles and runs very well ....and although I replaced the serpentine belt and hoses at 70k miles, the original sparkplugs are still in it ... but only because I can't see them, but I know there're in there somewhere ..... I also remember noting the good condition of the belt and hoses when I was taking them off......... the problem with modern vehicles being so dependable and technilogically advanced is that youngin's nowadays will not learn how to do basic mecanical stuff because every little problem will require taking it to a dealership or shop ..... I learned how to work on cars because I HAD to work on my cars just to keep it going......my 20 yr. old son has a '71 Chevy Nova with an old LT-1 (double hump heads) and his hands are greasy every day.
