| I don't see the problem IF your Titan can be cleaned properly. Granted, it has been a major PIA, still, it was a truck you were happy with. The only possible downside I can forsee is a degradation in the life of the paint. I'd push for a promise, that if the paint is damaged during the clean up process that your truck gets repainted. If repainted by a quality shop, you will be back as square one. Trading off the truck will result in a loss. Also, you pass off the bad paint to some unsuspecting future owner. Bad Karma that one. | FWIW, I agree with Red. You already have a truck that is broken in, it has no dirty secrets for you, AND if you repaint it, you can get better paint and clear coat. Use what ever is left for MODS, or beer, or wine, women and ....er, uhm, forget that. Invest it wisely, and plan for your old age........LOL |

| Thanks for all your suggestion, I think I'm going to buy a Ford, Chevy or Dodge... J/K although if I pulled a big trailer I'd buy a diesel. I think I'm gonna keep it and there is nothing wrong with the paint. They can take of the overspray with a clay bar, although I'm gonna have the hood repainted so the hood can endure more punishment compared to stock. I'm also going to replace some of the molding. Then take it back to the shop for suspension and wheels then down to the stereo shop to get the surround sound installed finally...![]() ![]() ![]() :tha nkyou: |
