Had the judder addreessed. They did the job plus another recall. Nothing special, they did what they were supposed to. My dealer is 30 miles away, the local Nissan dealer is only 5 miles away but it has a very bad rep for service and sales. I personally witnessed the sales process, wouldnt giv ethem the benefit of the doubt on service.

Davis Moore Nissan in the big city of Wichititty Kansas are awesome! This is my second vehicle from them and man they are the best. They will print out the NADA page for your trade in and show you why the trade in value they are offering is what it is. Their prices on new Nissans are always lower than the rest of the state and when I bought my truck they made an appointment for me to bring it in the following week to get all the applicable recalls and TSB's done on the truck. Now that's service.

Best Dealership I've ever dealt with, just wish they sold Toyota....................

If I had been disrespectful with him, he would have told me to go pound sand and I'd still have a broken seat.
what i ment was if they were yellin at you, or getting "snotty" about a problem after you told them many times.

trust if it was one thing i have learn is not to yell, cuz then they will mess somthing major up, or will not fully fix the problem

With 15 votes it looks like 9/15, 60% of voters would give their dealer's service department an A or B grade. 13% a C grade, and 27% a D or F.

The amount of A and B grades was a surprise to me. Although 60% isn't great, it is way better than I would have thought.

Btw, even though my dealer gets a D, Nissan gets an A for the Titan from me. But the new designed '07 Tundra might win out if I was buying in the next year or two, instead of back in '04. The bar has been raised.

I just bought my 2005 Titan from David Howe Nissan in Clinton, Oklahoma.

They Did the brake rotor change without me even asking. They even changed the back pads (I didn't expect that.) They also changed the front yolk and about 4 or 5 other repairs. I took it in at 8:00 got it back at 3:00. 100% satisfied with their service dept.
