First let me apologize for not being very active lately. I got hammered with both the Flu and Strep Throat at the same time and anyone who has ever had Strep knows that it's very painful to swallow which makes it very hard to eat or drink anything which doesn't help the healing process.

Anyway, both the Photo Gallery and the Knowledge Base are both up and running and thanks for your patience.

Not that anyone uses either the news on the homepage or chat, but I'll get them up and running too this week just for giggles.

sorry to hear squid. i've been dealing with a sinus infection, bronchitis, cough and a sore throat as well. sucks being sick, flu and strep are an ass-kicker! hope you're feeling better. you order up that MT kit yet for hte taint?

Ah yes! Strep. I used to suffer that yearly. I guess that my last case was before I had my heart attack. None since. Must be something in the medications Now I know there are beneficial side effects of meds.

Thanks Hooli, nice to hear that I'm not on an island when it comes to suffering because one thing I do know about is sinus infections here in this dirty, dusty, nasty State the Queen holds so dear.

Anyway, I'm waiting on the Accountant to tell me how we did this year paying the I.R.S. every quarter and if we didn't hose ourselves (The laws and deductions are always changing) I'll be actually using a phone to set up the purchase of all the parts for my mid travel Titan.

The Queen can drive the 1 ton. I mean how much fun will that big ole thing be when you own a mid travel Fast Black Titan?

Red, I can't imagine going through this every year. I haven't had Strep since I was 8 years old and I hope this isn't a sign of things to come?

Strep is usually a secondary infection as I recall. Something else gets you first, then the strep knocks the crap outta you.

Maybe? I did find out from the Doc that there isn't anything you can do for it but ride it out. Antbiotics are only used to reduce the amount of time you're contaigous but they don't make you heal up any quicker. Heck, I got so dehydrated that I went in and got an I.V. my throat hurt that bad that even water gave me a go to sleep headache.

I'm thinking I got it from that dirty biker that visited me a few weeks back.He does have children.

I understand completely. I've been suffering an unusually tough round of allergies this spring. Want to sleep 25 hours a day..... at least
