bad vibrations....

So I have a vibration coming from the front end, so the first thing I do is have ALL the tires rebalanced.....no good...second, got an alignment and they said that my left front tyrod was "out" and they "fixed" it....still vibrates at 70...not as bad but bad enough to be concearned.
Any suggestions? After all the work I've put into my truck,It dosen't need to cruise like a ????box at 70 and kill the "gas mileage" even more!

After having the tires balanced, did you have the back tires moved up front ??

Your shocks still good ??

Does it pull?

Can you feel the vibration in your feet or butt? Steering wheel shake?

I'd suggest you check the run out of the wheel both at the OD and also for the rim side to side.

As far as the tires go there is a possibility of ply separation that will cause the wheel to vibrate.

Could it be drive line vibrations? Kinda of a remote chance but you're grasping at straws now.

Good luck and keep us in the loop.

The steering wheel shakes at 70...Tires were removed and remounted and balanced...it dosen't pull either way...66000 on the clock, I suspect the shocks are due.
