Well going home yesterday I took a curve and noticed the ABS acting up. Weird thing was I wasn't even using my brakes. My foot was touching the edge of the pedal when it happened and I could feel some vibration in the pedal as well. And it sounded as if I had slammed on my brakes at 100 mph on a rock road and the ABS was trying to compensate. Sounded awful. I've had this happen 2 or 3 other times in the same curve? Wonder what this is all about. Anyone ran into similar issues?

Do you have Traction control on your truck?

Each wheel has a sensor. Take a look to see if one of the sensors is loose or if there is something stuck in the brackets that might shift around in that turn.
Does it throw a code?

I think it may be VDC. I'm gonna try a few things on the way home Monday and see if that is it.

Well after testing and having some fun on a wet road, I decided it's the VDC doing it's job. Going down a curvy road Saturday morning heading over to my Mom's place to help my brother and sister get ready for the estate sale. I would gas it a little in the turns and would hear the noise and notice the brake pedal acting up. Turned off the VDC for the next curve, and about sh!t my pants. So it does it's job when it's needed.
