I was gonna say the same thing. Heard another Titan owner have similiar problems and he said it was the IPDM.

Well called the parts department at my local Nissan dealership, and the quoted me a price of $184.83 for a new IPDM module. Sound about right?

what's up Matt? wow! been too damn busy to keep up on forums nowadays... so how's the truck runnin'? you get that new ipdm module installed yet? any noticeable difference? keep us informed... creeping up on 100,000 miles and my warranty will soon vanish... need to stay on top of these problems others are experiencing.

Well it still runs as of now. Haven't got the new IPDM yet, been kinda sickly. Caught some kind of bad infection that has put me on my arse. I'm feeling better though, may try and get one coming soon and installed. I'll keep ya'll posted.
