| I've not done it myself either. Still, little has changed as far as process is concerned other than the type of plug boot, etc. The Titan uses coils at the plugs, one for each. Old school was one coil and a distributor that parceled the spark out to each plug in firing order.
The plug is buried deeper down in the valve cover/head because it is centrally located so the boot is longer. They make a tool, and you should be able to locate one at a parts store that reaches down to the bottom of the boot and pulls there. This eliminates the strain on the boot.
I don't know plug type, but it should be listed in the owner's manual or service manual. I'll look and see if I can find it. I'd suggest replacing with the same plug brand and heat range if you haven't had any problems in over a 100K miles.
