I have an 09 and get wind noise through the driver's side window. I've had this thing back to the dealer twice and they've replaced the window seal as many times. The service manager says "they all do it".

Any ideas? thanks

Does the window seat fully in the track? Take a piece of paper and close the window on it in the track and slide it end to end to see if there is good contact along the entire edge of the window. Possibly there is a gap caused by the failure of the window to seat properly in the track. Also, is it possible the leak is in the door to body seal?

Try different driving speeds and see it there's a sweetspot/speed that eliminates it. Which speed is it worse?
My 05 does it too at certain speeds but since it's not a rattle I live with it or turn the music up.
Do you have window vent/visors or Big Tow mirrors? That can be a factor too.

My 04 does it when there is a 20 MPH or more cross wind at 55 MPH or higher driving speed. I seem to remember that people who swapped out their regular mirrors with the big tow mirrors did say they produced more wind noise?

I had a little increase in noise from the vent visors I added... but not so much that it's distracting.
