Well I usually see this 06 Mustang GT (His liscense plate reads "TIM'S06") on the way to work about 2 to 3 times a week, and we managed to get beside each other this morning on the way in. Truck is low on gas, so I decide to have a little fun with him, figuring I'd get my arse handed to me. We run side by side for a couple miles and end up getting caught by a red light. He's already stopped, so I pull up and stop right behind his front fender, and start inching forward like I'm staging up. Get staged up beside him and hear the 4.6L roar. I flash my lights and we're on. I can time the light pretty good, and decided to load up the truck, So I hit the brake and and start pre-loading for the launch. Light hits green and away we go. I get the jump on him and he keeps pulling closer, I unleash all 315 hp and I'm gone, get about 2 car lengths on him and call it a win as I'm approaching a 55mph speed zone. This guy never turns at the next light, but he did today.
