Nissan Titan 4x4 Midtravel Suspension (PRG)

I'm an 04 Nissan Titan 4x4 owner with over 117,000 miles on my truck who's been waiting for some serious suspension parts that are about service rather then posing and thankfully my prayers have been answered and the following is true. Hopefully I'll have the honor of being one of the first 4x4 Titans to be PRGed with the Midtravel 4x4 setup.

But the PRG midtravel is only for the 2wd trucks so I was hoping.

Hell yeah! Companies that test their sh!t and show it off are those you can have confidence in, for the most part!

Well dammit that's what I want for the Queens truck. How much?

nope, it has always been designed for both 4x4 and 2wd Thunders... our friend DezertRunner a fellow San Diegan titan owner and i both have our PRG MT kits being powdercoated and awaiting final payment prior to completing transaction. DezertRunner though is a 4x4 and has the ACTUAL axles which IS an additional cost on top of the cost of the MT kit. we were at Greg's a few weeks ago and he showed us the axles for the 4x4 titans that go with his PRG MT kit. they were some seriously heavy mofos. not sure they're actually for sale yet but yes i have seen the axles and DezertRunner has a set. not sure when Greg was getting more but the PRG MT kit is a beautiful work of art paired with his brand spanking new heavy duty adjustable shackles... now all you'll need to do squid is pony up for the SAWs in the front and the SAWs in the rear!!!

okay, enough of the excuses why you still haven't upgraded the titan...

starts at 25hundo and then tack on a few hundred more for the thick ass axles for 4 wheel drive titans. then another 1000 for front PRG 2.5 SAWs and another 800 for rear 2.5 SAWs, then 200 for the new HD PRG rear shackles.

PRG MT kit consists of boxed lower control arms and your choice of boxed or tubular upper control arms. all hardware included.

you know who to call sQuid, you have his number!

Well dang.........I keep going to the PRG website and nothing. I almost went with the Performance lift this fall but I knew in my heart it wasn't enough for how the Titans going to be used so I've been just waiting around for word on the Mid travel for the 4X4.

I'm really 100% in on this (Why do you think I kept a truck with 117,000 miles on it?) and the SAWS are a must but I'm not going to buy the saws if Greg's going to offer some sort of package deal? If no package then they can be purchased ASAP? I even now have a Tow vehicle to get the Titan to the alignment shop after the Mid travel install so it's all good. Will the mid travel necessitate a fender change and if so what's being used and if you could find out from Greg the next time you talk to him when the Mid travel setup will be tested enough to ship out of State I'd appreciate it and will keep the info to myself.

The reason I'd like to know a rough estimate is because I was going to drop $800 here on the 21st for the Edge juice with attitude for the 1 ton and next month the Osiris for the Titan but if the Mid travel is going to be for sale here in the next couple of months I'll hold off............I've been waiting a long time for this day!!!!!!!!!!!

Trust me I didn't want to that's why we still have a Titan with 117,000 miles on it but when Ghosn made his stupid statement I figured that someone like Greg would wait and see so I was moving on...........Now I'm not. You Cali guys have to be more informative about PRG stuff until he gets his site together because CT and TT aren't the gospel any more..........................This is the site about info not $$$$$$$$ when it comes to the Titan but for some reason everyone is drawn to the $$$$$

Anyway, I want this for the Titan I just need to know what is included in the package and then what I need to do to the Queens truck for it to work as in Body Mods.

Side note: Hooli said Banks and after a while............................................. .I got HIS banks.
Hooli said HIDS and after a while.......................................I got HIS hids.

Hooli said PRG and after a while...........................................?

Love you guys, wish we lived closer.

okay, here's the word... Greg's been just absolutely inundated with installs and product development that he's had little time for his NEW updated website that is just on the verge of launching. the better half of the business, his wife Jen, has been BUSTING his balls to get the pictures and product description finished. but trust me Squid, he's got it. he hasn't had an overwhelming demand for the 4x4 kit so he's not made (in my opinion) as much effort getting that finalized in availability as much as all his recent developments. but YOU will ABSOLUTELY fall back in LOVE with the titan once you get all these components. you'll be able to go as fast if not FASTER than that dodge thru the whoops section and the upgraded suspension will eat it up like one of your homemade pies!!!!

simply put, just calling greg and telling him "greg i'd like to order the MT kit for my 4x4 titan" will ignite a nuclear explosion under his arse he'd get axles for you sooner than later. and definitely see what everything costs individually and what a package deal would entail in terms of price reduction.

here's what you'll need to order for the vaunted fast black sportman's class titan:

1) PRG MT 4x4 kit (with longer axles)
2) 2.5 SAWs for the front
3) 2.5 SAWs for the rear
4) Deaver 2.5 springpack
5) PRG shackles
6) PRG traction bars
7) front and rear SAW 2.0 Airbumps
8) airbump mounts (need to be welded)
9) good headset for phone since greg will be talking you thru much of the install and you'll need to have hands free.
10) bigger tires new 17" wheels.... all your choice
11) Prerunner Fenders from Titan fenders (FRP... fiberglass reinforced plastic is much better, unlike stiff fiberglass, FRP has a bit of flexibility and the fitment is 10x better than fiberglass fenders that need to be sanded down in several places just to get it to fit properly.)

lift will be around 1-3" but travel and suspension dampening will be enhanced. not sure if a CST spindle would work in this application or not, but would be nice to somehow get a few more inches of lift w/o having to go with a bracket kit as well to clear 35's however 33's Mud Terrains i guess could work... and a prerunner bumper in the front would give you the front bottom end clearance too. i know...
