Squid, one of the pleasures of living in So. Cal is that there's alot of aftermarket stuff here, like PRG less than 1 hr. away.... Lot's of Deserts, hills, beaches and mountains, just not alot of rain....

hmmm... Gibson exhausts, Banks, Total Chaos, Camburg, PRG, Bilstein, Donahoe Racing, Fabtech, King, Sway-A-Way, ProComp, RadFlo, Fox, Ionicdynamics, VisionX, BajaDesigns... all SoCal aftermarket companies and that's less than 1% of SoCal aftermarket offroad/engine performance companies...

Greg's been just absolutely inundated with installs and product development that he's had little time for his NEW updated website that is just on the verge of launching. the better half of the business, his wife Jen, has been BUSTING his balls to get the pictures and product description finished. but trust me Squid, he's got it. he hasn't had an overwhelming demand for the 4x4 kit so he's not made (in my opinion) as much effort getting that finalized in availability as much as all his recent developments. but YOU will ABSOLUTELY fall back in LOVE with the titan once you get all these components. you'll be able to go as fast if not FASTER than that dodge thru the whoops section and the upgraded suspension will eat it up like one of your homemade pies!!!!

simply put, just calling greg and telling him "greg i'd like to order the MT kit for my 4x4 titan" will ignite a nuclear explosion under his arse he'd get axles for you sooner than later. and definitely see what everything costs individually and what a package deal would entail in terms of price reduction.

here's what you'll need to order for the vaunted fast black sportman's class titan:

1) PRG MT 4x4 kit (with longer axles)
2) 2.5 SAWs for the front
3) 2.5 SAWs for the rear
4) Deaver 2.5 springpack
5) PRG shackles
6) PRG traction bars
7) front and rear SAW 2.0 Airbumps
8) airbump mounts (need to be welded)
9) good headset for phone since greg will be talking you thru much of the install and you'll need to have hands free.
10) bigger tires new 17" wheels.... all your choice
11) Prerunner Fenders from Titan fenders (FRP... fiberglass reinforced plastic is much better, unlike stiff fiberglass, FRP has a bit of flexibility and the fitment is 10x better than fiberglass fenders that need to be sanded down in several places just to get it to fit properly.)

lift will be around 1-3" but travel and suspension dampening will be enhanced. not sure if a CST spindle would work in this application or not, but would be nice to somehow get a few more inches of lift w/o having to go with a bracket kit as well to clear 35's however 33's Mud Terrains i guess could work... and a prerunner bumper in the front would give you the front bottom end clearance too. i know...
Thanks Hooli!

Never heard of airbump mounts?

Anyway, because Greg is so busy I really didn't want to waste his time until I was ready to start ordering some parts.

The bright side is I don't need to buy anything for the Queens house this year (Finally) so I have some extra cash for me.

Now to put together an intelligent buying plan so I'm not sitting around with all sorts of parts I can't install but I also don't want to tear apart the front end, etc, more then once.

air bumps are a necessity Squish! even if one doesn't have a long or mid-travel kit, these are extremely helpful.....my poly bump stops are completely shredded, it's the 2nd set I've torn to pieces, I really need a set of these as well.....

your spring rate on your donaphiles are lower than they are on my SAWs which is probably why you crush your bumpstops... my right poly bumpstop is split... need to get those airbumps too but i'll wait till i get the shock hoops welded in.
