damn right! man, I want those rear radflos!

Squish, you might as well go long travel cuz you'll need it when you eventually build your short-course race track, you don't want to be at a loss for suspension travel when the time comes!

You guys are getting pretty good at this suspension stuff.
and you thought i was blowing smoke up your tentacle-covered ass! i'd go with the rancho bracket lift and maximize the SAWs travel w/o having to crank the preload. oh and don't forget to yank off that sway-bar that way you won't have to get PRG swaybar endlinks! and may i suggest offering greg to make him the one and only premier sponsor for the site for free... for a package deal price PLUS a scratch-my-back free sponsorship discount! but i still think, you should go BYPASS all the way around. greg's wanting to give you an upgrade for a specific budget but SD's right, better to have it and not need it, then to need it and not have it! travel baby! and BYPASS is the BEST way to really soak up eVery bump and hit!!!

why do i say bypass?

What are Bypass Shocks?

Bypass shocks are the ultimate in energy dampening—it’s as simple as that. Traditional shocks use valving in the head of the shock piston to determine the dampening rates and characteristics of a shock. Bypass shocks do that too, but bypass shocks also use external metering valves that are completely adjustable with a wrench for rebound and compression dampening. As the shock piston travels upward, compression valving in the shock piston is not the primary source of dampening. Rather, the oil is pushed through the external bypass tube (or tubes) and back under the piston at a rate dictated by the external adjustable check valve. The bypass shock works the same way under rebound dampening, with an external tube(s) that allows shock oil to flow in the opposite direction. Often times multiple tubes are added for both compression and rebound, and routed to create a shock with almost magical dampening characteristics. The other secret to the bypass shock’s success is that they are position-sensitive and not just velocity-sensitive like conventional shocks. What this means is that bypass shocks can use a valving that is initially light (via the external adjustments) to soak up all the small bumps for a smooth ride. Yet they get progressively firmer as the piston compresses further to the point that they can function as an internal hydraulic bumpstop if the valving in the actual shock piston is set up to do so.

here's a pic of the SAW bypass shock greg uses on the front of his titan:

Hey sQuidw0rd, not that I wouldn't mind getting those Kings for the rear what are you thinking of doing. Going with the rear spring upgrade or the airbags? I've been thinking about this same upgrade myself for towing my travel trailer but haven't made a move yet. Im going to adjust my hitch one more time to see how much more weight I can transfer to the front of the truck then decide but it would be great to see your outcome too.

Good luck!
