yup, pretty much, spacer and the noisy TC UCAs are different .......OH, the only other difference is I have the 2" block and 1.5" spring pack in the rear, opposite of yours....don't recall why I did that.......

Well, I love the PRG'ed Titans and as soon as I get back, (13-18 months) I will get my new (2008) Titan done too.
I cant decide if I want 2wd or 4wd this time. I bet I could thunder it up pretty good.

Ask and you shall recieve. A before and after. I have since maxed out the Deavers in the front so it is a little more level.

PRG'd

Ok, here's my little toy. 05 SE KC 4X4 with CST 7" lift from PRG. I installed the kit myself. I ran into a little trouble with the spindles and my stock wheels with the tires I used. The ProComp 35x12.50x18 XTerrains rubbed on the spindle upright. I needed a spacer for clearance, so I made my own from aluminum. The spacers are hubcentric to provide strength and no vibration. The spacers are 1/2" thick. That required longer wheel studs, that are larger in diameter for extra strength. The ride is great although with spirited driving off road it shows its limitations, so saving the $ for upgraded coilovers, etc.

Looks good! Did you do the install yourself?
I need to raise the front a bit more on mine too. I have the TC lowering shackles in the back but there is still more rake than I'd like.

Those spacers look great. Good information about the rubbing with a CST 7" kit and OEM rims. Btw for anyone planning this kit, the OEM rims are 18x8 +25mm offset, so for an aftermaket 8" rim, it sounds like at least a +18mm offset minimum, or +12mm offset to match ORT's 1/2" spacer, and clear 12.5" tires.

Sadly, I felt the install was a little above me. Had a trusted local guy install it for me. he only charged 200 for it because he loves to work with OR stuff. He has one hell of a cool Wrangler. Go ahead and max out those DRs. The world won't end.

I'm going to crank the DRs one of these weekends. I want to borrow some coil compressors from the auto parts store. The guy that installed mine originally had a tough time cranking them.

you shouldn't need spring compressor to crank the DRs..........just adjusted mine last week after noticing pass. side was a little lower than driver side.....

jacked it, let some WD-40 sit in there for a minute, and it wasn't like a knife through butter but was able to adjust ok.........
