2009 dodge ram

So, nobody has talked about this truck yet.
I have always been a dodge fan but when I got the Titan, I loved to smash the new Hemi on the road and the tracks.
Well, I dont think I could do that anymore...
The single cab R/T version is supposed to do 0-60 in less than 6 seconds. Thats the R/T, not the SRT.
All the new Hemis have 390hp.
Engines aside, the all new ram seems to be the best ram ever and possibly the best new truck out. I dont see how Ford can beat the options, and upgrades the new rams have.
The new Ram box is just plain kickass. its also insulated and has a drain in case you want to put some ice and some cold beverages in it.
New coil springs in the rear and stiffer frame makes it ride like a sports sedan. It has less wind resistance than any truck out now and with the combined cylinder shut off stuff and and the technical crap they added its about 20% more efficient than the last Hemi.
If.......IF I trade for another 1/2 tone truck, I think this would be the one I trade for.
My question is, if the new Hemi with all the new stuff on it can be modified. ie, cams, heads, tuning ect. The last Hemi could be beefed up any way possible but I dont know if you could do that to this one.
My dislike of the new Ram is the forward slope of the front grill. It kinda looks like a fat shark with an underbite. All the other body lines I like.

I'm in agreement with you shifty. I like the agressive body lines and unlike you I do like the front end. It's one nice looking truck. For some reason, I think Ferd is on it's way out the door. If they keep the same pace they've held here recently, we maybe seeing another sell-off as the same thing that happened with the Nissan truck division. I dunno just my .

the 09 ram has been discussed at length already but yes, it is refined and the new hemi has some tweaks done to it for more power and better fuel-efficiency. the front end is a bit odd but looks better than a tundra front end. the interior on the 09 ram is highly refined and much better than its predecessor's. all in all, i wouldn't mind having one.
