| This advice is the same I'd give to someone starting out again on a motorcycle. Start with a used unit with lesser power than the "best-of-the-best" current models. Repair products will be cheaper, and you will get a chance to develop your skills. After the first season, if you decide to continue and you feel your skills are up to the task, use the older ATV as a trade-in on a new one. Red

| Thanks for the reply Red. I think I will go the used route...just to save on funds so I'll have more mod dough for the Titan when I get her. It's difficult to try and find that one that hasn't been abused though. Don't see myself going with a smaller one though.....can't imagine if I was able to ride a Banshee at 13, I wouldn't be able to ride a 450 at 32. |

| A significant proportion of MC injuries and fatalities have involve "Re-entrants"; those folks who rode motorcycles many years ago and thought they could just jump back on right where they left off. Not so. Ride safe. Red

| this is true ^^ especially 'round here......if you're patient though, you will find one for sale with low hours, i see them from time to time by guys who bought 'em and just haven't had time to ride, etc.......

| Yeah every once in awhile I'll see one on Craigslist where they state it's been ridden twice. I'm sure it's a crap shoot buying a used vehicle thats made to be abused, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper than buying new off the showroom floor. |
