I think Nissan has done a great job of giving more truck for the money. The larger V8, Double Cab, Standard Bed 4x4 in a Limited package is pert near 39G from Toyota. I didn't pay anywhere near that for mine. Plus, I've got the leather, utility bed, steps, flaps, mats, etc. I think I did A-OK. Plus, the Titan is a better looking ride.

Hell no! I'm buying another Titan so this site will be around forever. I was going to buy an 07 but now I'm just waiting to see what the 08 is going to have and news about the HD. I have almost 90,000 miles on my truck and I have no reason to change.

I'm just posting this stuff because it's truck news and I think the Tundra and Titan are going to be compared for a long time to come. Not to mention Sky is interested in the Tundra.

I paid $23,000 for my 4x4 with the popular package, mats and drop in bedliner.

cool... b/c i'm going to buy the 08 titan as well. this site is great, and would hate to see it fall due to a tundra. thanks squid!!!

tack on another $5000 dollars to every price to compensate for the dealer markup! i'm keeping my titan and turning it into a Long-Travel titan!! long live the titan!!

It looks the price is just about what I expected. When they post the price of the options I will have a better idea.
The msrp on my Titan was $36,200, so the Tundra is not priced that much higher, especially when you get 4:30 10.5" gears, 6 speed auto, a real Limited slip and a little more power.
When you add in the reliability I hope to get(it could not be worse than my two Titan's) it looks to be a fair price.
