Most of the points the Moore makes are arguable ... (depending on your own beliefs), like the war, stem cell research, abortion, hand gun ownership, and even universal health care.

Now there might be other things that stand out as incorrect, independent of your own core beliefs ... religious or political affiliation, but the one that stood out for me is this:

"3. We will not spend your grandchildren's money on our personal whims or to enrich our friends. It's your checkbook, too, and we will balance it for you."

Come on Moore, since when do democrats curb spending?
