Opinion

Anybody have/ or know someone that has a new Nissan Maxima? I'm looking to buy my wife a new vehicle, and this is one of her options. She wants the Lexus ES350, however, I'm trying to talk her in to the Maxima (for obvious reasons...$$). Any good reviews on this car???

A Camry or a Altima, are the only options, (unless of course she makes more money than you do). Well, if she's a cool chick/wife a Pathy, Fronty, Xterra, or 4-Runner all all nice chick cars, oh and the FJ.

No, I'm bring home the money.... I wouldn't complain if she did make more money than I did tho.. So, you don't have any opinion on the Maxima's?? I'm trying to push her that way, outside of the Lexus ES350. Any opions/help would be appreciated; since I'll probably buy the car this week.

I don't know about the 07 maxima, but my opinions of sedans, is go Toyota or Lexus. Toyota for ROI, and Lexus if you can pay cash.

Nissan in sedans tends to be powerful, and rough around the edges. Toyota, refined but plain-Janes, and although reasonable performance, not powerful.

Lexus, yuppie scum plushness, a very fine over-priced automobile, for someone to spend $10K a year on for numbness and snobbishness. ... but still way better than infinite or other overpriced sedans.

But keep in mind I don't really have an opinion on sedans.

The Lexus ES has always been based on the Camry (since they came out in the late 80s). Definitely have her check out a Camry before spending the extra $$$ for an ES. I'd prefer a Maxima for the looks and sportiness but if resale value is a factor, the Camry is a better option.

TT05, I think what she needs is a '98 Chevrolet Camaro Z-28 ...... I hear that they are the best cars of all time .... and just think how sexy she'll look in it ...... I'll look around and see if I can find one for you.
