This is what was said back in Febuary at the Chicago Car show but whatever happened to it?

CHICAGO — Nissan unveiled the Titan Onyx, which it said offers "a new level of visual appeal for customers who seek higher levels of customization," here on Wednesday. Company insiders told IL that a production version of the concept is in the works.

The Titan Onyx features 20-inch chrome wheels, chrome running boards, an aggressive grille and deep front valance. Inside, the Onyx is decked out in black interior trim, "satin" gauge bezels, embroidered floor mats, aluminum brake and accelerator pedals, and special accents on the steering wheel and head restraints.

"We know that there are buyers looking for more attitude, presence and upscale appearance — trucks that, like this Onyx concept, offer distinction from other vehicles on the road," said Brad Bradshaw, Nissan Division vice president and general manager.

What this means to you: The Titan gets a big, bad dose of attitude with the Onyx.

I'm not too floored by the front of the Titan, looks fugly to me...

the feedback they probably received on it was so bad that they canned it! i would've cause its ugly as hell in the front! the grill makes me think of a barbecue grill...

only thing i see onyx on it is the center console black trimming and on and around the side vents!

That is not my cup of tea!! I like the painted interior pieces.....the res tlooks like crap!!

Not my cup of tea either. The front end looks like it is a gussied up snow plow. The grille, looks like a cheap billet attempt.
The interior, is okay, if you loose the pedals. I'm into KISS and those and the special emblems, just don't cut it for me.

Chrome running boards? Hope they loose those too.

They gave it to Jay Leno. They thought it resembled him. Look at that park bench chin!

haha, i think they scrapped it cuz its flockin ugly, plus, the only thing on the body that was differant was the front bumper, they need to do a full body kit to get any heads to turn IMO

It needs a full body kit to start, lowering in the rear, a better grille, and a SUPERCHARGER!!!!
