Right now, she is using ~$200 a week in gas for the Titan. She wants better gas mileage, cut I don't see that happening with the tall roof van, using the same drive train. Of course she wouldn't have to tow the trailer nearly as much...........

I'm inclined to agree with you, don't think the van (with Titan drive train) will be much / any better on gas then the Titan.

That front end looks alot like the Titan & Ford Super Duty. Did they change it ? Don't remember it looking like that...
