Last night, Carlos Ghosn was a guest on the Charlie Rose Show. I know I've been disappointed in the recent lack of Titan support, I must admit that Carlos was impressive on the show and very articulate in answering the questions presented to him. Both Nissan and Renault, under his guidance, have made major strides in their markets. Nissan primarily in Japan and the USA and Renault in Europe. According to Carlos, Nissan and Renault will have 4 electric cars on the market in 5 years (I think!) Currently Nissan is working with the Feds to get the infrastructure installed to support EVs, much like the Hydrogen ifrastructure in California.

Sadly on another note, I attended the Seattle Auto Show last Saturday and Nissan had a very small showing there. No Titan, but did have Frontier. I really do like the Maxima and if I could afford it, I would have it in my garage NOW.

According to Nissan, the Titan is to continue. In what form, or who is going to make it is up for grabs. As for the Maxima, you're right. I've rented them in the past and they are a great car!
