I believe the power train is 5 yrs or 60,000 miles, and 5 years unlimited mileage for rust thru.

Yup, 5 yrs. 60K on the drivetrain. Which includes the engine, tranny, differentials, etc.
I have a little over 40K on my 04 Titan and it has been relativly problem free. I had some blisters forming on the sprayed in bedliner when the truck was just a year old, the dealership replaced not just the liner but the entire bed. While there I just enquired about the so called brake problems and they replaced the pads, rotors and calipers. Other than that I drained and replaced the rear diff fluid and do oil and filter changes on a regular basis. I know a lot of people have had problems, which is unfortunate but I must be one of the luck ones as this so far is the best truck I have ever owned.

I drained the tranny fluid from the pan, pulled it and cleaned the magnets at just under 30K........glad to see no shavings at all!
Put a new gasket and bolts on and added 5.5 qts. of tranny fluid.
I "keep" trying to add a pic. but it seems to take too long to load it before the post time limit stops?!!..

My right rear axel seal started leaking at 55k miles and David McDavid Nissan on I-45 .... across from Almeda Mall .... fixed it on Nissans dime.... and as far as having the dealership look it over, be careful .... be very careful .... you'll be opening yourself up for the service writer to sell you a lot of un-needed work ..... like throttlebody cleaning etc. ..... remember, service writers go to school to learn how to sell service to improve the dealerships profit margin .... and the good service writers can boink you up the rump and make you think that they're doing you a favor .... I have 85k miles on my truck and I'll only take it in if I absolutly HAVE too.

Yeah, I was just curious... I have the extended 100k warranty anywho, so it doesn't really matter. I'll probably get bored of my current Titan, and buy a 4x4 LE w/i the next year or two.
