Noob

Hi, I've been looking around for a while and decide to join up. I have a 2004 Titan 4x4 cc with 65k miles and a 98 SASed Frontier 4x4 ext cab that I use for wheeling. Thanks for having me here

Welcome to the Forum. We're looking forward to hearing more about you and your rides. Have you had good luck with your Titan, any pet peeves?

It's been a great truck but I've only owned it for 2 months now and its bone stock. I ordered HID kit for it and I am going to tint the the two front door windows to match the rear. Oh! and maybe a leveling kit but I am not sure what to get just yet.

Well the head Titan here is Squid and he has well over 100K on his '04 Titan. He plans on getting a new one to replace it in the coming months. As memory serves, he has had few problems with his. He'll eventually check in here and relate his experiences with the Titan.

The only thing that bugs me about my truck is the way the front looks. I am tempted to just get an ebay 2" spacers and an after market bump stop and get that front end up just a bit. I figured I can get this done for around $100 and still keep the stock tires plus the same mpg. Please feel free to comment since I am open for suggestions.

Its a matter of personal taste about the looks. What is it about the front end you don't like? I replaced the grill because I didn't like all the chrome in it. I really don't like chrome.

I would prefer the front to be even with the rear. It looks like a 2wd truck to me the way it is now.

In that case, my 2wd looks more like a 4wd cause my truck sits more level then alot of other Titans I've seen.. Don't know why, it came that way when I bought it new....

I agree with you Eric, I prefer the level look too, in a truck...

Here's the way most raise the front end the safe way.
