New to the Titans

Hi Im a new owner of a 2008 se, what a great truck, I have towed my full size car trailer with this beast and it does with ease. I have trailer brake harness installed with controller and it works well to,only other mods is flames down the side and a flow master muffler. I have a friend working at nissan so soon I will do the 2 deg advance. Eventually I would love to instal the 8" cst lift and some 20" wheels with tires, however this will take some savin.

Congrats and welcome to TTz.

Just a word of caution... I have a 6 inch left with 35's on 17" rims and I tow a 30' camping trailer. As bad azz as the lift is with bigger rims and tires your whole towing experience will change and not for the better. But hey, if you only tow once in awhile have at it but if you tow often, I would maybe do the PRG 4" stick with the same rim size and slightly larger tires.

Post some pics of those flames!

PB, you still have the OEM offroad wheels? you should, WHEN TOWING, switch out your 35's... buy a set of some cheap but good Big O tires Hercules A/Ts in a 33" size. the savings in MPGs would offset the cost, no?
