Im ready to sign the deal on one of these used titans i found in my local dealerships..im undecided wich one to buy i have till monday to decide..i waited till the price went down and now they did for the end of the month sales

my choice is 08 crew pro 4x with cloth interior,no phosgate with 12k miles and only the factory warrty left for 22,900

my other choice is the crew cab LE with the phosgate and leather and towing package,20" wheels with 20k miles and a 6 year 100k certified warranty from the dealer...this truck is mint for 24,990

whats your opinions...only thing if i do get the LE i hate the woodgrain and would want to change that for silver accent pieces...

i do towing and NO off road

i think this will be the best choice.. i have a CC LE, and love it..

Not to mention they do not make a Pro-X without the custom leather interior. To the best of my knowledge anyway. Seems like the used car dealer put on some stickers, or the previous owner did. Get the LE, you will be much happier and the wood will grow on you.

For me I'd go with the LE CC.

pro-4x does come in cloth

MY choice would be the second one. You get an up=graded interior, better stereo, and better warranty. For a few hundred dollars, you can get a kit to cover the wood-grain in your choice of finishes.

I would also suggest that the odds are that the PRO-X was used harder and realistically will have had more wear and tear.

Also, you said that you do towing but no offroad. This makes it a slam dunk. To upgrade the pro-X to tow would eat up a good part of the cost difference between the two and then you still wouldn't have the tow gears.

A detailed inspection by you should give you an indication if this is so.

My 08 Pro4X has the cloth version, with red pro 4x stitching, and I bought it new...

what a mess its been this week with buying a titan but i finally got it done

i bought the LE ,i gave the dealership a deposit and the faxed the purchase order to my bank..
i got called the next day they sold the truck by mistake ..man i was ????ed...they messed up

i went in to talk to the owner today and they had another titan they could give me below cost for there mistake...

its a 2006 nissan texas titan with 19k and the certified warranty for 19,000....they were asking 25,000 for that
its black and sweet also but i did loose the phosgate and the leather but i can live with it being 6000 less...

i think the 06 and the 08 are almost identical...i like to show u guys a pic

Fast Black rocks! Trust me, after a week you won't remember what is missing and the Fostgate stereo isn't all it's cracked up to be. People still replace the head unit on it too. Congrats!
