Hey, I need to remove the heater controls. I'm told the outer rings just pull off the controls.

Is this true? How do you get a grip on them to pull them off without damaging them?

Yup Red, you just grab the outer ring and give it a little wiggle while pulling on it and off it comes. They also have an indentation for installation alignment.
