Question double DIN replacement panel

I'm thinking of removing the 6 CD changer and replacing the stereo head unit with a single DIN unit.

Didn't some company make replacement panels at one time? If you know who, I'd appreciate a heads- up.

Go to:

Crutchfield: Car Stereo, Speakers, Home Theater, LCD TV, Digital Cameras

Look up any headunit designed for the Titan. The cover is part of the install kit and retails for about $25 if you purchase it separately.

Let your fingers do the walking.

Nah, I'm still looking for what I would like to replace it with. Also, because I can hook my iPod up to the AUX, there is less need to play CDs, etc.
For sure, if I do a swap-out, I'll post the info. I tend to make these decisions slowly...very slowly.

I'm always curious what folks put in place of the OEM unit, I know there is a bar inside there that might be a problem when trying to fit certain radios in there..

I don't know that I would buy another stereo with a cd player in it, I haven't had much luck with auto stereo / cd players. The cd players work for a couple of years (Literally) then stop working.
