I have an 05' CC Titan with cruise control on the steering wheel and no stereo control. I want to order part #25552-8S210 which is the stereo control and cruise control part. If I order this part will it just be a quick plug and play? or will it not work. The place I am ordering it says it will only work as a replacement part for already equiped vehicals.... Has anybody done this upgrade and will it work? I can see it not working for the cruise but my vehical already has the equiped just not the stero part and the should be able to connect because I have the standard stereo still in my truck. Thanks
