sweet sound

I just upgraded the sound in my LE
Went with FOCAL 165hp speakers for the front.
Went with FOCAL 165cul speakers for the back.
Powered by the FOCAL fsp475 amp.
And for base went with a custom made JBL 2 10"sub box that only take up half the under back .
Powered them by a JBL 500by1 amp.
Base adjustment on the consel in the stock empty swich hole.
For now i'am staying with the stock Rockford Fosgate 6 pack deck cause it work's great and has that clean look.
This gives off one sweet sound and all the base for those base junkies

So if I understand you correctly, you've replaced the speakers and amps and kept the head unit.

I think that makes for a "Stealth" install, until you fire it up that is!

Enjoy.

So it really sounds that good? The reason I ask is because the Queen has the mid grade (Sounds Like crap) head unit and I'm looking for an alternative and she finds the stock look appealing even though I want to put the Alpine or Pioneer in it. But hey! I'm not stupid if I can make her happy and save me some $$ then I have Mod $$ for my 1 ton.

Squid to me the sound is unreal - but not cheap
frount speaker ran $1300.
back speaker ran $800
subs ran $1200 with the box (this you should get anywhere it made by JBL for the Titan)
Jbl amp was $1100
Focal amp $1250

I went with setup because of two reason clear true sound and i run it in my 04 dodge diesel but in the dodge i went with alpine nav/dvd cd player

If you get a chance to hear the Focal speakers they blow your mind (and there even better when there installed)
You may pay less in the USA but that what payed here in CDN three week ago.

Cool! Speakers are the back bone and if they're crap it doesn't really matter how much you pay for a head unit because crap is all you'll hear.

Congrats I know your smiling every time your crank up your truck. I have a nice system in my Maxima and Im itchin to put one in the Titan but I seem to have the kids in the Titan 70% of the time and wouldn't get to listen to it like your suppose too so I think I'm going uprev and headers first.

Squid not sure if there is a diff from CDN and the USA - But i wish you never put that link on cause your prices in the USA are hmmmmmm way better then here - That's ok though - Best i can say is that the speaker where the 2nd best here for both the front and back in the line on speakers - the amp looks like the fp4.75 for $639.99 its 75watt per ch but a pure 4 ohms as for the sub's went with the JBL and amp for more bass they give - Iam workin away from home untill Dec 11th when i get home I'll post some pic's and a link for the JBL equimpnet
