My TPMS doesn't work anyway, since I went to 33's. My TPMS light is always on.... Sorry about the smart@ss post before, I thought I would throw a little 'Office Space' out there. <--- Please don't let 'Office Space' be a thread killer.

TIRE ROTATION AND DIAGNOSIS OF THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM...(LTPWS)

I definitly think one or more of my sensors might be broken. Every since my first tire rotation, the light has come on after about 20 mins of driving, however I've never had the chime before.

The chime doesn't come on for low washer fluid does it? 'Cause that light came on too... I just figured it was the TPMS.

I bet it's the sensors are bad....sounds just like mine were before replacement.
No chime for low windshield wiper fluid...just the light in the lower left side of the dash....I made a thread on that too!!lol

I must be a lucky dog... My system works perfectly. If the light comes on, I get a constant beep - must last 20 seconds or so..... Every time it's done this, I have found a low tire.

Yes, I have a slow leaker - I took it in once and they supposedly fixed it - but apparently they have not.

The last time I got the light/beep, I got all confused because the typical culprit wasn't the culprit - yep, I had another tire that was low. I guess I'll have two tires to take in now. Good thing Belle Tire doesn't charge for dtire repairs.

Because the tire sensor is part of the valve, you might just check that the valve stem is properly secured to the rim. Then a quick check with a valve stem tool, to ensure the valve core is snug in the valve stem. Also, the best cure for a slow leaking valve core, besides replacement, is to use a quality metal valve stem cap. Make sure it is snug too.
I know, simple and basic, but often overlooked items.

Red.. I checked all you mentioned - even put a wrench on the valve stem retaining nut. The only thing I haven't done is verify that with soapy water that the valve stem isn't leaking even though it's tight - I recall reading a TSB on that a long time ago.

Thanks for reminding me as I'm headed to the dealer after lunch to get a seat control switch replaced - if I hurry, I can check the valve stem and see if it's leaking - if so, repair (likely a little rubber washer) will be on them as will the breakdown, re-mounting, and balancing.

I made sure when I got my new tires that the guy knew that the valve stems were sensors so he'd know to be gentle might be a good idea in the future.
