I can't believe it, last week I got 17 mpg in mixed driving conditions. The week before I got 16.25 mpg in same conditions... I guess they do get better with age...lol...

How did you manage to find a route that is all downhill?

LOL, I've only hit 17 mpg in mixed driving once before, usually my mpg is between 15 - 15.5 mpg. I stay away from alot of light to light driving, if I can.

that is good for mixed driving. I dont want to know what I get in the city which is a lot of my driving.

I can only seem to get 13-14 MPG's. I have a brand new 2011 SL crew cab. Just rolled 2000 miles. I guess Im kind of bummin.

Your mpg still may get better.

By the time I hit 10k, my mpg had really improved. I know others that have noticed the same with their Titans...

On the other hand, if you have the tow package with the lower rear end gearing, 13 - 14 mpg maybe as good as you'll get

what kindof MPH to expect w/ towing a 2800LB boat? coming is from 900' above sea level about 200 miles then remainer200 miles of trip is allmost sea level.

edit:I believe the Titan I'm concidering doe'snt have the tow gear, because there is'nt a tow hitch. how can the rear end gear be determined w/out counting the teeth on the gear? also this Titan has 50K miles on the odometer.

I'm curious are that 85 year old geezer doing 55MPH in the left lane?

I have observed many people putting around way under the speed limit lately probably at idel, must be you to.
