Another Toyota related recall that I got on the wife's FJ. Something about the TPMS in the TRD wheels and certain off-road tires that come with the TRD package. Guess it falls under anything TRD since it picked up the Tundra as Ol'Coot said. Luckily her's didn't have the TRD apperance package.

The Queens new Titan has been moved back to a 2012 model due to the IRS's constant changing of the Tax codes. I made less money in 2010 then 2009 but owe twice the taxes.....................so there goes the down payment.

Yeah but that's life. She's really looking forward to heated leather seats so just as long as we get it before winter she doesn't mind the setback.

As a stop-gap, you could retrofit the seats with electric heating elements. I once looked into doing that to mine at about $115 a pop. Labor was the issue as I didn't feel real secure in pealing off the seat's covering to apply the heaters.
A local store offered to do the complete install for around $300 a seat, including the cost of the element.
