After ~ 80000 miles of hard use, one of the seam in the upholstery of the 05 has decided to begin to separate. Anyone know what it takes to fix? (At a reasonable cost)

Well, you might be able to repair it with needle and thread in place. Best would be to get an upholstery shop to pull the cover off the seat, sew it up with reinforcement to strengthen the surrounding fabric.

Then again, a nice set of seat covers would cover a multitude of sins...pun intended.
