I've got a 2008 Titan Pro-4x and just recently hit 30k and got to looking in the service manual and for 30k it says to change the flush coolant system fluids, flush brake fluids along with engine oil and trans fluid. Most of that seems excessive to me. I get oil changes free for life of vehicle (promo from dealer at time of purchase).

So what I want to know what yall recommend, mileage wise for changing trans fluid? 30k seems to quickly. I do tow a little bit nothing long range just around town, to and from boat ramp, hunting club.

Also I've got the extended warranty to 100k. Will it void that warranty if I do not do everything the service manual calls for?

I think it is safe to say that if you don't change fluids per the Nissan specifications, that if you do have a failure, your warranty has real legal reason to deny coverage. Follow the Nissan maintenance schedule and pay less attention to the one the dealer "suggests" you follow.

Remember the old adage: "Pay me now...or pay me more later!"
