| My Titan developed the same thing. I got a 14mm socket and ratchet. A little applied torque, and presto the squeak is gone! I was able to righten the bolt approx. 3/4 turn before the thing absolutely refused to go any further. I didn't want to force the issue any further as I was worried about stripped threads, etc, etc. Squeak hasn't come back. Hope this helps |

| There is also an annoying seatbelt receptacle squeak on some Titans. I first tried a dry lube aerosol silicone and it actually got worse. The next day I tried some aerosol gel lube I found at Walmart. Squeak was gone and has been for well over a year. This is for Titans with Captain chairs, and can be verified by pulling up on the shoulder belt, adding tension to the pin that the seatbelt receptacle swivels on. If the squeak changes it's this one. The pin is where the lube is dripped on. |
