Im sure this question has been asked a zillion times here but Im new and I figure a zillion and one wouldnt hurt, I was noticing the plugs for what look like fog lights already pre wired and tied off by fog light holes,is this true? Will I need to install a relay like I did when I hooked up the trailer brake control or tow package? Also do they make any nice lights not terribly expensive that fit nicely in the holes?

Check with your dealer or one of the companies that support mail-order. There is a factory kit, about $170 that includes the lights and a new control stalk to replace the one on your steering wheel. The lights literally just snap into place. The stalk is a 10 minute job to remove the cover plates over the steering wheel and un-plug and then plug in the new stalk. All factory components.
