hey folks been a while...and a LOOOOONG winter here in the northeast. but been doing a little work on the truck this spring. so heres some new pics of my titan. i lowered it 3" front and 5" rear, and yes its a 4wd. ill be the first to admit the pics arent the best, ill try and get some up soon with the truck clean and some new stuff im getting on it(ill keep that a secret for now). but im really happy with the drop. came out nice. thought i would share. the last pic is for reference.. showing before the drop.

actually....no kit was used as they dont make anything specific for the 4wd titans. i worked with Greg from PRG and came up with something that would work for me. im planning on changing it up a little more soon. and upgrading the shocks. but its good for now. and the ride is surprisingly good. and of course the looks are killer.

I have to ask about the ride and performance of those thin tires since they have become so popular? Do you dare drive it in the snow and ice?

most definetely not. the tires are not made for the snow. they come off around thanksgiving and the stocks go back on. in fact last year when i got the wheels in and got a little excited, i put them on and ended up getting a huge 14" snow spring snow storm and had to take them back off cause they were HORRIBLE. i was all over the place in 4WD. plus i honestly dont think the chrome will hold up over a winter of salt and calcium they use up here.
