Full Replacement Bumper in the Works... Pics Inside

Hey Peeps,

I am finally getting this thing underway. We are about halfway done now. Ran out of welding wire. We have to finish the mounting brackets, bottom lip, gusseting, and then fill and grind. We are going to cover it all in bedliner material. There will be a pair of 6" off road lights on the reducing wings, frenched front LP, and two 10K rated "D" ringd for recovery work. Enjoy.

Tear Down Begins

Good grief man! Are you designing this so you can blow through chain-link fences as you bust some dude out of the Stockade??

Looks stout.

LOL....LOL.... no, I am alsways complaining about the idiot drivers around here, and wanting to put them into the wall NASCAR style. Now I will be able to.

By the way, our entire front bumpers only weigh about 50 pounds. No real structure there, be ready for a bunch of cost should you get involved in an accident.

The pics dont work.

But, I saw them on CT and damn, that is a nice bumper. What gauge material? It flows with the titan lines very well. I'm hoping to make something kind of like that for mine soon.
