If they don't offer you what it's going to take to get EVERYTHING fixed on your Titan, a lawyer will fight it for you. I don't promote frivolous lawsuits, and I don't consider this being one; b/c it sounds like your being shafted.

OK Guys, your not going to believe this, this is low even for an insurance company. I had the appraiser come out yesturday and I received via email the appraisal. Guess how much??? $600.00, that's right $600.00. I called the insurance co. and said that was an insult. They then said I could take it to a body shop and have then call back the appraiser to see what they could agree upon??? Are you kiding there not even in the ball park!!! I then called my insurance co. begging for help, they took my report and said they would be in contact with me by tomorrow before end of business day to help assist me. Then at my last resort I will get an attorney. I hope I don't have to go thru the courts, it will take a long time and irritate me evey time I have to look at my truck!!!

Cool! I just couldn't believe your insurance company wouldn't have a vested interest in this...... I think I need to make this stupid quick reply box larger.

Sorry for being a nag, I just wanted it to end. It was painful.

Hope it works out well.

Yeah all is well with the truck
Now I have to wait for the check. 3-4 days for the report to get back to my insurance co. Approx. 1 week for the DMV report (make sure I own the vehicle) and 10 buisness days for the insurance co. to get me the check. So hopefully by the end of the month I should have the money....Now do I go and buy another Titan, the new Tundra or put the money in the truck and mod it???
