It's not the M45, it's the Q45. According to Edmunds.com:

They don't reflect the '07 Titan on their site yet...

The things bolded I thought were interesting. All trucks now have the BT rear gears it seems?

Variable timing control.


VTC doesn't effect idle or top end power. It's used through the rest of the powerband and is controlled by the ECU by way of a solenoid.
