| Know nothing about it but I'm looking forward to reading your impressions. I do have the Edge with Attitude on my 1 ton and really had a great time playing with it. I usually made a small change, drove it a week, made another change, etc, etc while keeping notes like MPG, tranny temp, etc so I finally had a nice little log of settings/reactions that I could dial right in. |

| Well butt dyno results we less than expected with the 87 tune, till I done the 93 tune yesterday afternoon. I could tell a noticeable difference. I ordered a Volant Powercore CAI and it arrived yesterday morning. Put it on last night, took around an hour. Volant must have made some serious changes. I know that one feller on a forum that had a post bashing it pretty hard, but it was within reason. That post alone kinda had me scared, but I inspected everything prior to install and the intake tube was clean as a whistle and so was the air box. No longer do you have to use self tapping screws to secure the MAF sensor, the have brass threaded inserts now in the intake tube. Fit and finish is nice. Got in Smokey this morning and headed to work, all I'm gonna say is WOW! Between 40 and 60 mph this thing screams like a banshee. You can actually feel it pulling air in, and hear it sucking through the fenderwell at nearly wide open throttle, and the pull is powerful all the way through. Me likey. Truck pulls 10 times harder off the line. I even think I was working up a little chub at one point in time. Mileage isn't too bad either. I was running on average 14.5 to 15.0 before the Superchips and CAI, cut the truck off at work and I was sitting at 14.6 and I had my foot in it quite a few times this morning. Needless to say, I am more than pleased with my upgrades.

| Cool Bud. I have 8 more payments on the 1 ton and then we're going to get the Queen her long over due Titan. Even with over 140,000 miles there isn't really anything wrong with it but she would like bucket seats and 4 real doors this time rather then the KC and what the heck, she deserves it. I hate to admit it but after 20 years she's starting to not bug me so much................ |

| You know there seems to be two different groups of Titan owners. Those like us who have many trouble free miles of ownership and those who whined to Consumer Reports. Forbes Magazine did an article of the ten worst cars (trucks too) on the road in America. Titan made the list... go figure.

| I believe the problem is the Titan just hasn't been around very long so it doesn't have a hardcore following yet. I mean Dodge owners will pay $40,000 to $55,000 for a truck and don't have any problem changing out all the front axle and suspension parts that are KNOWN to be weak links when the trucks aren't even a year old while a Titan owner will cry because their window seal squeeks at times. HAHAHA............. |
