I've been lucky, no radiator failure, if you don't count the one crunched in my wreck
Ralph | i've thought of that possibility and perhaps that may have been the cause. although it doesn't help explain the many other titan owners that have had the same issue with much less mileage than myself. so it leaves me scratching my head. but what i will tell you is that there are 4 titan owners that i offroad with and every one of them has replaced their radiators. one of them who offroads quite more frequently and is a serious crazy SOB when it comes to offroading has had to replace his radiator 3 times. so, i agree when you say the radiator certainly was not designed to withstand the harsh enviroment of offroading. just for the sake of saying it, its safe to assume that offroading accelerates the probability of failure in our radiators. maybe the titan offroad package was equipped with heavy duty offroad radiators... now that would be cool if that were true, because i wouldn't hesitate for a minute to upgrade to that!
