exhaust systems are ridiculously priced nowadays. i got my banks for 450 plus tax from the now defunct mossyparts.com... LOL... absolutely love it still and every time i start it up in the morning for work reminds me why it was worth it!

I have the Gibson catback side swept and it's a great sound, just a tad bit louder than stock at idle, nice roar when you start it up, and once I mash it, it's a whole new ballgame.

I really like my dual Flowmaster 40 series with 2-1/4" slash cut tips. Sounds similar to a 5.0 L Mustang. Deep throaty grunt, I really like getting in it and slapping through the gears manually. Ride it in 1st and 2nd up to about 4.5 or 5K RPM, and you can really wake up the guy in the lane next to you or behind you. I got them put on at a local muffler shop here in Alabama for $250. The shop tried to use pre-bent piping, but wouldn't fit, so it's kinda of a custom job if you wish. The in-cabin noise took a little getting used to after I first got it, but now I've grown accustomed to it.
